Dana Wilson - Founder

Dana Wilson, pictured on the left with Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl, is the founder and president of Absolute Safeguard Home Inspection Services Inc.  He was born and raised in New England and relocated to Pennsylvania 21 years ago to start his home inspection business. Dana brings solid real estate business experience as well as 35 years of experience, talent and business acumen acquired as a result of being an integral part of running complex construction projects within his family’s construction business beginning in his early teen years. In addition, Dana’s was licensed to design, repair and replace septic systems. He is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, is NACHI/ASHI certified, and holds certification from the D.E.P. (radon – Environmental Protection) and the Department of Agriculture.  He also is a certified Master Home Inspector designation.  Dana built his first home in his early twenties and continues to build homes today for Paragon Land Development Co, a modular home construction business where he is a owner/managing partner.

What this boils down to is  real advantage to real estate buyers. Dana knows homes inside and out, including every style house and every single component whether installing, repairing or replacing that component.

Dana, and all members of our staff take the time to explain the inner workings of homes so that buyers have a better idea of the condition of the homes components and systems.
