Our History

Dana Wilson grew up in a family-owned contractor business which was started by his parents in 1954.  The company’s business activities included developing land and building homes. This foundation provided Dana with a life-time of hands-on knowledge, skills and experience in the home construction industry. Dana has built, remodeled and inspected a wide range of homes of varying styles and has either installed, repaired or inspected every single component of a home typically related to residential construction. This is a tremendous benefit to our home buying customers who demand quality home inspection services at the highest level.

Dana not only has multiple home inspection certifications, he also carries a Master Home Inspector designation. While his  home inspection company has been in business for over 20 years, Dana has over 35 years worth of hands on experience in the building construction industry. But that’s not all; Dana has written classroom material and teaches Pennsylvania Board of REALTOR approved classes to real estate agents. He has taught thousands of real estate agents and has trained home inspectors.

Dana Wilson has inspected homes from price ranges of $5,000.00 dollars to $5,000.000.00 dollars, from inner city homes and condominiums to suburban estates and farms.

He has been entrusted to inspect homes for individuals including professional Hockey players, foot ball players and baseball players alike. Dana’s company has been recommended by top corporations in western Pennsylvania.
